Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are agreed separately in writing — via a quote, proposal, or signed agreement — and those terms take precedence over this general policy where they conflict.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed engagement, the content, design, and branding on this website belong to Elestack. For custom development work delivered under a paid engagement, ownership of deliverables is governed by the terms of that specific agreement.

Payment and Engagements

Pricing shown on this site — including web packages, add-ons, and engagement models — is indicative and subject to confirmation in a formal quote. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and cancellation conditions are set out in the applicable engagement agreement.

We take reasonable care in delivering our services, but Elestack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, to the extent permitted by South African law.
